Issues targeted include economic development, the environment, community development, youth work, providing community facilities, facilitating disability inclusion, campaigning and much more. Poleglass Community Association @ SallyGardens receive funding from the Department for Communities and Belfast City Council to undertake core activities that have a positive impact on the Colin area. Additional funding is generated via hall/room hire. The centre is working to generate sustainability and is actively pursuing a range of funding opportunities by way of accessing grants to sustain programme development.
