Call 3 Building Your Future Employability Project
PCA @ Sally Gardens are delighted to have been successful for Call 3 ESF Employability Programme. The Call 3 Employability and Training programme has been launched in Sally Gardens Community Centre. This programme is for any person over the age of 18 not in work and/or economically inactive. i.e. not in work or receiving benefits. We can also support school leavers and people who work 16 hours a week or less. This programme is funded by European Social Fund, DfE,Urban Villages and Belfast City Council.
Programmes and support will be available to assist employment in all sectors but we have specific courses and programmes in sectors such as administration, construction, hospitality, beauty and health and social care. OCN L1 Community Safety Awareness
As part of our CIT Community Safety Programme, 10 young people completed the qualification, well done for all their hard work and dedication. Participants of the course will gained an insight into:
- Why people become involved in Anti-Social Behaviour;
- The impact that Anti-Social Behaviour has on a community;
- The positive and negative impact of identity on personal behaviour;
- How to address Community Safety issues;
- What is meant by the term Restorative Practice;
- The importance of Conflict Management Techniques.

Level 1 Plumbing & Electrics
Well done and congratulations to participants on our Building Your Future Project who have completed their DIY Maintenance Course achieving their Level 1 qualification. The group learnt basic practical skills and enhanced their knowledge on plumbing and electrical installations.
